Fred Meng

Fred Meng comes from a family of entrepreneurs, and has always valued building meaningful relationships and providing a useful service to his community from a very young age. To that end, he has successfully helped more than 500 families with their real estate and mortgage transactions throughout his career.

With significant experience working with a variety of property types, he is able to navigate single-family and multi-family transactions in addition to investment properties, rehabs, and much more. Fred has steadily built a successful business through referrals and repeat business, and enjoys working with all types of clients, including buyers, sellers, and investors.

As a native San Franciscan who was born and raised here, Fred has spent a lifetime learning the nuances of the city and connecting with its vibrant communities. Having sold homes throughout the city’s many distinct neighborhoods, he continually finds himself at the forefront of the current market.

In addition to English, Fred is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, and has significant experience with international clients. He has a degree from the University of California Berkeley in Applied Mathematics in Computer Science, and in his spare time, Fred enjoys traveling and exploring different parts of the world, learning about different cultures, and trying new and exciting foods. Fun fact about Fred: he has nine Chinchillas (Smokie, Gold Finger, Coco, Toastie, and FireCracker, just to name a few).
