John Santiago first educated himself about the real estate industry in 2006 when he was looking to purchase his own home. He started attending seminars and classes targeted towards first-time home buyers, with his goal at that time to buy his first home with his fiancée who is now his wife. With his excitement and curiosity to learn the steps and processes of his home buying experience. He had gradually started his career in Real Estate by becoming a loan officer to learn the ins and outs of mortgages. And with the knowledge he has gain from home financing, he transitioned to becoming a full time realtor.
John became a Realtor to be able to share his knowledge and help educate and guide his clients in their real estate needs, so they can make confident and well-educated decisions about buying, selling, or investing. He graduated at San Francisco State University, and has skills in financial analysis, leadership, sales, management, and strategic planning.
When he is not working, he likes to run for meditation, volunteer at the local schools, and most importantly he loves to spend time with his wife and children.
