Wesley Wong

Wesley’s journey into real estate was inspired by a book about a child with two dads, one rich and one poor. This book ignited his passion for real estate and set him on his current path. Although he is relatively new to the real estate industry, Wesley brings a wealth of experience from his previous careers.

Wesley has been a California-certified electrician since 2010, a role that allowed him to gain a deep understanding of construction by working closely with various tradesmen such as plumbers, painters, and carpenters. This experience has equipped him with valuable insights for analyzing properties. In 2011, he co-founded a wholesale business distributing novelty headwear, plush toys, and t-shirts. This venture, which eventually expanded to a small storefront and achieved success at local street festivals in San Francisco, honed his skills in client negotiation, marketing, and staff management. These professional skills and experiences are now beneficial in helping his clients achieve their real estate goals.

Wesley is passionate about assisting clients in reaching their real estate objectives. His clients describe him as reliable, professional, and honest. Born and raised in San Francisco, Wesley currently resides in the Outer Richmond district and speaks some Cantonese, although he is not as fluent as he would like to be.

When not working, Wesley enjoys spending time with his family and playing basketball. He draws inspiration from his father, who taught him that starting something new is always hard, but with time and practice, it becomes easier. Wesley considers meeting his two children for the first time the happiest moments of his life.

Wesley is deeply rooted in San Francisco and cherishes the city as his home. He believes the purpose of life is to evolve through learning and growing in all aspects of life.
