Victor’s interest in real estate started in 2014 as a property manager where he oversaw the daily operations and maintenance of a 54-unit residential property. Throughout the years of meeting and giving tours to potential tenants, he found he enjoyed the process of making an organic connection and being a stepping stone for them on their way to being potential homeowners one day.
This lasting impression made Victor take the leap into real estate because he believes that owning a home means completing a dream. His goal was to help people establish that dream and become rooted in the community. Victor prides himself on being available for his clients around the clock and always going the extra mile.
Victor values the importance of building and maintaining lasting relationships to positively impact someone’s life by providing knowledge, patience, and expertise to help ease the home selling and buying journey. When Victor is not working, he enjoys playing basketball and taking his two dogs for walks around local parks in San Francisco.
