“My husband and I recently worked with DREIM to sell our condo in San Francisco. Initially, we interviewed three realtors and chose DREIM because of their enthusiasm for the property and overall willingness to be as helpful as we needed, above and beyond. This proved to be completely true. They made a video of the unit and the positive features of the surrounding neighborhood, showed it to many realtors and scheduled several open houses. They received a lowball offer within a couple of days, spent more than an hour trying to negotiate a more reasonable offer, then presented what was given, which we rejected. A few open houses later, they received a good offer over the asking price, which we accepted. As we were going abroad on a previously scheduled trip, they set up all necessary paperwork in advance, worked closely with the condo association to take care of staging removal, and even arranged the cancellation of our homeowners insurance after the closing.
